John Chigbu

Mr. John Chigbu has over 25 years of experience in international trade, project finance, and corporate management. During his career, Mr. Chigbu served as Tax Counsel, Senior Tax Counsel, and General Counsel for several Fortune 500 companies, including Chevron (U.S.) and Business Objects(France).

Mr. John Chigbu has been representing governments and private enterprises to apply for financing programs provided by the U.S. Export-Import Bank since his days at Chevron as an international tax/business planner in 1995. He has successfully represented countless governments and private sector clients from developing countries to apply and obtain low-interest rate financing facilities from the U.S. Export-Import bank in the past 20 years.
