Mr. John Chigbu has over 25 years of experience in international trade, project finance, and corporate management. During his career, Mr. Chigbu served as Tax Counsel, Senior Tax Counsel, and General Counsel for several Fortune 500 companies, including Chevron (U.S.) and Business Objects(France).

Dr. Darius Osei is a seasoned hospital leadership and management expert with over twenty-nine (29) years’ experience in hospital management in both the public and private sectors.

Dr Dzifa Demanya has over thirty years experience in medical practice most of these years were spent in the public sector where he headed various hospitals

Mr. Banson is a Founding Partner of Robert Smith Law Group, a boutique law firm located in the Central Business District of Accra, Ghana. He heads up the firm’s practice areas in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Investment Advice and Corporate Governance.
